Children come in to the gym and warm up for 10–15 minutes, learning basic skills and body shapes. Children are then placed into small groups and will do three apparatus stations each week. These apparatus change each week and include all Olympic apparatus such as beam, bars, parallel bars, floor, rings as well as long trampoline, pit, mini tramp and much more. A game or fine motor skill activity is done as cool down at the end of each class. This class is for children that are socially and physically ready to separate from parents.
