Our program begins with our Junior Development girls, who train between two and four hours a week These are generally our level one girls. Our Development Squads and Junior Squads train between 6 and 12 hours a week, where the girls will be competing in levels two and three. Our main emphasis in these programs is to offer a high quality program that encourages the young girls to reach their full potential.

Our senior girls' squad, comprising levels 4–7 athletes, is a program that has reached new heights over the past two years. 2002 saw state champions in levels 4 and 6, and 2nd overall in level 5 at the NSW State Championships... an outstanding achievement.

In 2008, NBG entered five competitors in Level 6 International State Championships. These girls, under the guidance of coach Xiao Qing Li, won first, third, fifth, sixth, and eight place results. A fantastic result that shows the strength of the NBG WAG Elite program!

2002 also saw our levels 4–6 girls enter the top six rankings at the National Clubs Championship’s and our level 5 girls placed 2nd in Australia. 2001 also saw our level 4 girls win the National Clubs Title.

Kate Bishop entered NBG into a new era, competing in Level 7 Junior. Kate put in an almighty effort and achieved a 6th place overall. This is a true indication of what is to come in the future.

In total, NBG currently employs six specialist WAG coaches that work within our development through to senior squads. We believe we offer the highest quality programs and this can be seen through the smiles in the gym and the results in the competition arena.
