Summer Holiday Activities

  • 12-1-2010

Summer Holiday Workshops are in full swing and the gym is bursting with excitement daily.  The children have had a blast making new friends from all over Sydney and we have even had some interstate and international visitors join in on the fun!  There are only two weeks remaining in the holiday fun and spaces are rapidly filling up so make sure you book in today!

The Junior Workshops themes have been a total success.  The juniors have had a great time at the circus learning new tricks and watching our guest acrobats (coaches) appear for a breath taking tumbling production!  The kids have enjoyed their adventures deep into the African Safari; they were especially good at the quick sand obstacle course!  The favorite holiday theme of the summer has been Wet ‘N’ Wild Fun, there is no better way to cool off after an action packed time in the gym then to go sailing down the slip and slide with all your friends!

The Senior Workshops have grown in popularity, the gym has been flooded with fun loving children 9 years old and above!  The seniors have proven to be very brave in the challenges that they faced during boot camp.  Flipz & Trix as well as Stunts and Tumbling have been very popular among the little grommets, learning new aerial tricks which they can take to the surf, skate park, and even the snow fields!  The Wet and Wild Triathlons have been exhilarating; we have set a new world record in the sponge relay decathlon!  Most of our senior participants also booked in for the extra activity of kayaking available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays they have had the best fun paddling away from our shores towards the Narrabeen lagoon with our professional kayaker coach who is currently in training for the 2012 Olympics!
